Prayers for Joe The Chihuahua and his Human Parents

Joe, a 17 year old Chihuahua crossed over the Rainbow Bridge quietly this morning, surrounded by those who loved him deeply.

He knew how deeply his passing would sadden his human parents, and wanted a prayer of healing to be said for them. They took wonderful care of him all his life.  One of his human friends wrote me, on his behalf, " I cannot speak their language so cannot explain to them I will never be far from them. I may not be with them in body, but I sure will be in spirit."

Joe was a long hair white Chihuahua with brown patches. He weighed  about 2 lbs. He was the runt of the litter which did not matter to his human parents, who took him into their loving home.

While there are no photographs of Joe, his beauty exists only in the memories of his human parents. The photo in this entry is similar to his appearance.

God Bless those who takes the time to say a small prayer for Joe's family.

I am really sorry to here about your loss.  I know exactly how you feel at this moment.  It is a true broken heart.  You took good care of Joe he lived a long time.  We just never want to let go.  Its never a good time.

I believe someday we too will pas through rainbow bridge and grab hold of our pets and take them with us.  I is what I want to believe, anyway.

You are all in my prayers tonight.

Losing a pet is a very hard thing to have happen to anyone. My prayers go out to the Joeys human parents. I truely believe that a loss leaves a hole in ones heart, but the heart continues to grow to make space for another pet when the time is right.
